The Cutter Cap consists of package of two slightly different pliable vinyl caps that fit over the end of your cutter and up onto the cutter's shank to prevent oil from dripping out when not in use.

The black cap was specifically designed to fit a Toyo cutter. The red one fits most others.

You can also use the cutter cap you're not using on your cutter to cover the blade on your Exacto knife.
